CAMEL TREK IN MERZOUGA:

We conduct camel tours and walking tours in Erg Chebbi desert (Merzouga, Morocco) from 1 night to 7 nights (one week) in desert visiting nomad peoples and other areas in desert by camels or walking in desert.

Desert camp- it is a private camp in the heart of the dunes that is only available to Hotel guests. It is located in a fairly calm area of the dunes. In the afternoon, we'll ride camels to watch the sunset over the dunes before spending the night in a desert camp. We'll eat a traditional tagine dinner, drink excellent mint tea, and listen to traditional Berber music while gazing at the stars and the rising moon in the beautiful Sahara desert. There is a flushing toilet and some washing facilities in the camp.

MERZOUGA DESERT TOURS - WHAT TO DO AND SEE IN MERZOUGA

Look for a fossil in the Erfoud fossil beds.

Listen to Gnawa musicians and swirl to desert rhythms.

Visit Merzouga to enjoy mint tea in the Sahara while watching the world go by.

Erg Chebbi camel treks overnight to sleep under the stars

CAMEL TREK INCLUDING A NIGHT AT A DESERT TENT IN MERZOUGA

This excursion starts in the evening, and the camels will be loaded with food, blankets, and everything else we'll need for our camel trek. This walk will begin in the Sahara desert, and the route we take will take us to a little oasis in the center of the dunes. This is where we'll be spending the night.

This night in the Sahara desert will include a delicious dinner over a campfire, listening to traditional Berber drums, and sleeping in nomad Berber tents. After breakfast, we will transport you back to your accommodation in Merzouga.

CAMEL TREK WITH TWO NIGHTS AT A DESERT CAMP IN MERZOUGA

The camels will be loaded with food, blankets, and other necessities for our camel trek. This journey will begin in the desert and will lead us to a little oasis in the heart of the dunes, where we will spend the night. The first night will include a delicious dinner over a campfire.

After breakfast, we will drive on camel for around 2 hours to the next destination for lunch with nomads. After lunch, we will travel to the home of a Berber family, where you will spend your second night and spend some time with them. We will return you to the community the following day.

MOROCCO CAMEL TREK: SUNSET MERZOUGA TOUR

The Sunset tour starts at 4:30 p.m. Riding a camel takes nearly half an hour to reach the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. Then we walk for around 80 meters to reach Merzouga's highest dune. Those who want to get a panoramic view must climb to the summit, which will take an additional 10 minutes. We return to the village before dusk after enjoying this little respite.

MERZOUGA CAMELS TREK: SUNRISE DESERT TOUR

The Sunrise desert trip begins early and takes approximately 30 minutes to reach Merzouga's highest dune.
